Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate Monte Carlo simulations, extract models from text, and provide insights. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated results are probabilistic estimates and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Simulations are based on assumptions and models that may not reflect real-world conditions
• Results should not be used as the sole basis for financial, business, or other critical decisions
• We recommend validating AI-generated models and consulting with domain experts
• No guarantee is provided regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results

You use AI-generated content at your own risk and discretion.

What We Collect:

• Google account information (email, name) when you sign in
• Simulation inputs, models, and results you create
• Usage analytics and performance metrics
• Credit usage and transaction history

How We Use Your Data:

• To provide and improve our simulation services
• To authenticate your account and manage access
• To track credit usage and billing
• To analyze platform performance and user experience
• To provide customer support

Data Protection:

• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data

We use Google OAuth for secure authentication. By signing in with Google:

• You authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (email, name)
• We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or other Google services
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
• Google's Privacy Policy also applies to the authentication process

You agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Validate and verify AI-generated results before making decisions
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use the service to generate harmful or misleading content

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated results
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages

Payment Security:

• No credit card storage: MonteSim.AI does not store, process, or have access to your credit card information
• PCI DSS compliance: All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards
• Encrypted transactions: All payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely
• Stripe Privacy Policy: Your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy in addition to ours

What We Store:

• Transaction IDs and payment confirmation details
• Credit purchase history and usage records
• Billing email address (from your Google account)

Credit Usage:

• Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features (model extraction, simulation generation, insights)
• Unused credits do not expire but may be subject to account inactivity policies
• Prices and credit costs may change with notice

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
